"Exemplary medical practice from the receptionist to the surgeon. The medical support staff is phenomenal. After reviewing the literature regarding the post op pain after the removal of an internal hemorrhoid, I was apprehensive. My advice is simple: follow the medical team’s directions explicitly. When the doctor says fiber and hydrate, do so and avoid much of the post op discomfort. I can’t stress this enough."

"Dr Gates and P.A. Montanna Merrick came highly recommended by my general doctor, and they didn't disappoint. Dr. Gates went above and beyond to avoid abdominal surgery for an uncooperative gall bladder. Prior adhesions required Dr. Gates to spend more time and care to reach my gall bladder and remove it. Job well done! P.A. Montana was very thorough and answered all my questions at my post surgery appointment. I'm very grateful to both of them."
