"To put it plainly, Jesus and Dr Gates saved my life back in May, 2025 when I had to have emergency surgery and afterwards for my 2nd surgery as well. "I was having a recurring medical issue, I had been scheduled for surgery in August and got an infection than caused the surgery to be canceled. When I tried to reschedule I was told the surgeon was no longer doing the procedure I needed. I was recommended to call Mountain West. I now feel this was the best thing. Dr Kaan is amazing. "Exemplary medical practice from the receptionist to the surgeon. The medical support staff is phenomenal. After reviewing the literature regarding the post op pain after the removal of an internal hemorrhoid, I was apprehensive. My advice is simple: follow the medical team’s directions explicitly. When the doctor says fiber and hydrate, do so and avoid much of the post op discomfort. I can’t stress this enough."
